Richard Wiseman, M.D. is a member of the internal medicine team at WMA.
Dr. Wiseman is a native of western Massachusetts. He chose to return to his roots to practice medicine, for the benefits of living in a rural college community, with its combination of country living and rich cultural activities.
He graduated from Duke University, attended medical school at the University of Massachusetts, and did his internship and residency at Strong Memorial Hospital, University of Rochester, where he was chief medical resident.
Dr. Wiseman is a member of the Board of Directors, Williamstown Cal Ripken Baseball. In his spare time, he enjoys cycling and both downhill and cross-country skiing.
